Guill Tool & Engineering has launched the Unicam™️ extrusion crosshead, a combination of the company’s Single-Point™️ concentricity adjustment system and Cam-Lock™️ fastener-free assembly system.

The name derives from a combination of advancements made to two of the company’s most tried and true technologies: the Single Point™ concentricity adjustment system and the Cam-Lock fastener-free assembly system.

The new Universal Adjustment system allows the user to choose either the traditional 4-bolt method of concentricity adjustment or the Single-Point™️ style. Guill’s newly improved Cam-Lock™️ system allows for the disassembly of the head with a single turn of a wrench for very quick and easy color changes or cleanouts. The newly improved Cam-Lock™️ system enables turning the disassembly wrench so that it not only loosens the splitter, but also means that continuous turning will extract it as well.
