Temperature-Compensated Crystal Oscillator

Pletronics (Lynnwood, WA) has released its TCG4 Series temperature-compensated voltage-controlled crystal oscillator (TCVCXO) for small hand-held electronic devices where a highly stable, precision clocking source is needed. The series is available in supply voltages from 1.8V to 3.3V, and clipped-sine wave output in frequencies from 15 to 52 MHz, and features a miniature ceramic LCC package of 1.6 x 2.0 mm, very low power consumption (2.5 mA), and low phase noise and jitter.
