The newly formed company brings together four MW Industries divisions under one umbrella brand. The business units — Economy Spring, BellowsTech, Servometer, and Helical Products — specialize in springs, stampings, machined springs, and edge-welded and electrodeposited bellows. The medical company provides precision metal components for drug-delivery and surgical devices, including inhalers and auto-injectors.

- BellowsTech, Ormond Beach, FL, which markets edge-welded bellows and assemblies.
- Helical Products, Santa Maria, CA, which manufactures tight tolerance, custom flexible couplings and machined springs.
