Accudynamics (Lakeville, MA) offers precision machined base plates for medical diagnostic equipment. They eliminate flexure or unintended movement, which can cause damage to the machine or produce inaccurate test results. The base plates are machined using a Kitamura® bridge manufacturing center with spindle speeds of 22,000 RPM, and finished products are checked for accuracy with a coordinate measuring machine untilizing PC-DIMS® software for direct model comparison.
