Grand Avenue Software (St. Paul, MN) offers a new Equipment Management module that helps companies schedule, track, and complete preventive maintenance, calibration, and qualification activities on their equipment. Equipment Management tasks are assigned to users based on activity definitions and schedules. Users complete the activity by describing the work completed, uploading evidence and records of completions such as a calibration report or a certificate from an external firm, and then signing off on their task. Equipment Management activities are easily linked to CAPA and/or Non-Conformance Reports when appropriate.
