Susanna has more than 20 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry with extensive business knowledge, including manufacturing excellence in the supply chain, launching new products, and leadership in large organizations. Her expertise uses leadership, manufacturing and supply excellence, and a great passion for understanding customer needs and collaborating across the business to bring products to market. She is a Chemical Engineer from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and has a post degree in supply chain professionalism from Warwick University in the U.K.

Rodd Turnquist, National Sales Manager U.S., OEM Division, Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Group

Rodd Turnquist is the National Sales Manager for the OEM Life Sciences division. He has more than 25 years’ experience in technical sales and sales management roles, focusing on the medical device and biopharmaceutical sector. His expertise uses knowledge of pumps, drive systems, and custom engineered products to help customers bring products to market as well as the regulatory services and supply chain that supports production. He holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Niklas Öberg, OEM Engineering Manager, Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Group

Niklas Öberg is the OEM Sales Support Manager at Watson-Marlow. He has extensive experience in customer adoptions, engineering, project management, and business development. Before joining Watson-Marlow, he worked as an engineering manager responsible for air assembly tools. Niklas has more than 25 years’ experience in research and development in a field ranging from mining drill rigs, high-speed presses, and special tightening solutions for the motor vehicle industry. He holds a master of science degree in mechanical engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
