The medtech field is undergoing another year of volatility as challenges born during the pandemic persist. Yet, the industry is seeing an infusion of innovation, new technologies, and fresh ideas that will spur change and many companies have launched new solutions to respond to the threats and challenges facing the industry. Among the speakers slated to speak this year at MD&M West are experts that helped their companies successfully navigate the unceasing medical device manufacturing obstacles.

“Coming together at this event will help the medical device community connect through educational sessions and discover new business partnerships on the expo floor, which is mission critical to our industry’s advancement,” says Mike Guerra, CEO of California Life Sciences (CLS). “As medical device technology in the life sciences sector evolves, connecting in person is key to accelerating adoption of new technologies and work processes that will lead to the improved delivery of patient care. We’re proud to partner with MD&M West and look forward to supporting the upcoming event that will help drive the life sciences industry forward.”

The 2022 “Design. Engineer. Build” Conference features four content partners — MedtechWomen, The Association of Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI), Chemical Angel Network (CAN), and the Society of Plastics Engineers – Medical Plastics Division — all offering opportunities to learn from highly technical experts in medtech product development, medical plastics, quality and regulatory, to investors and startups bringing product innovation to market, as a part of this year’s nine-track conference held over two days.
