The HD Camera Recording System from Panasonic (Seacaucus, NJ) is capable of recording up to 12 hours of HD images on a single 32 GB card. It is designed with three newly developed MOS 1⁄4" image sensors that provide independent color processing (RGB) and provide 1920 × 1080 resolution. For added image acquisition precision, the camera is equipped with a built-in 10X digital zoom and comes with an attached 12X zoom lens with optical image stabilization. The pre-shutter speed can be adjusted to either syncro scan or slow speed. The AG-MDR15 Memory Card Portable HD Recorder features H.264 digital recording on SDHC memory cards. Stored images can be transferred to hard disk drives or optical disks. Remote operation of the camera (zoom and focus) is enabled through the Portable Recorder, and there is an input for an optional foot switch for start/stop operation. Two-channel Dolby® Digital Audio ensures clear sound reproduction of any audio recording.
