Remcom (State College, PA) has upgraded the XFdtd® Release 7 (XF7) with XACT Accurate Cell Technology that produces faster results when modeling complex shapes. The XTend Script Library allows users to adapt the software to specific processes and extend the functionality of the tool. In addition to pre-loaded scripts, users may further customize and automate processes and request additional scripts. XF7 is available in Pro and Bio-Pro versions, which both include XStream GPU acceleration, 32- or 64-bit analysis module, geometric modeler and postprocessor, shared memory multiprocessor (MPM) at eight cores, and a variety of 3D CAD import modules.
