The structured diaphragm promotes optimized pneumatic performance and long service life. Specially engineered multi-port valves tolerate condensation without damage, perform oil-free transfer with uncontaminated flow and minimal maintenance, and run quietly with low vibration. They can achieve enhanced gas tightness with leak rates as low as 6×10-3 mbar L/s, deep vacuum potential of 2 mbar, and flows as high as 110 L/min. Pumps can be equipped with AC motors or explosion-proof AC versions.
