
PrecisionX Group, Waterbury, CT, has been acquired by private equity firm Windjammer Capital. PrecisionX manufactures high-precision metal components for regulated industries. According to PrecisionX, the partnership marks a significant milestone in its growth trajectory and strengthens the company's ability to serve customers across its core end markets.
