Brimrose Corporation of America, Sparks, MD, introduces a new line of high-powered, fiber-coupled, acousto-optic modules (AOMs) that can withstand up to 5W of continuous wave optical power for lasers operating at 1.06 μm and 1.55 μm. Other wavelengths are available on request. The AOMs offer high-speed analog or digital modulation and high repetition rates for pulse-picking applications, and are packaged in compact size enclosures.
