The 211-CTH-SC MD® medical device adhesive from DYMAX (Torrington, CT) is formulated for on-demand cure with the BlueWave® LED Prime UVA spot-curing lamp. It is bright blue in the uncured state, enabling automated vision systems and manual operations to confirm adhesive placement prior to cure.

As the product cures, the color transitions to clear. The adhesive is designed for rapid bonding of metals and plastics and is typically used for Y-connector assembly, balloon bonding, and other catheter applications. Bondable substrates include PC, PU, PS, and stainless steel. The product is ISO 10993 approved and solvent-free.
