Equipment Solutions (Sunnyvale, CA) offers submicron, >300 nanometer positioning resolution, cross roller voice coil stages that are self contained, compact, and able to be mounted in a horizontal or vertical axis. The VCS-2020 Voice Coil Stage features a 20 mm diameter aperture. An integrated Analog position feedback sensor assures 100 nanometer repeatability in micro-positioning applications. The voice coil motor is rated at 17.8 N (4 lbs.) continuous force and 71.8 N (16 lbs.) peak for 10 seconds and is clean room compatible.
